1. Order Delivery

Products sold on aaCoolGames.com are shipped via trusted courier services such as Fan Curier, Sameday, Urgent Cargus, DPD, or others.

• Digital download products are found in your account within minutes. Customers are responsible for having tools to view PDF files (or download and install free PDF viewer from Adob web site).
• Estimated delivery time depends on destination. In some cases delivery may not be possible in your choosen country (in which case we will cancel your order and issue a refund).
• Delivery times may be extended due to weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
• Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.
• All products are new and shipped in their original packaging (where applicable).

Our products are not available for sale to minors (under 18 years of age). By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Warranty Conditions

All products sold by aaCoolGames.com are covered by warranty as required by EU law:

• 24 months for consumers (individual buyers)
• 12 months for businesses

Special provisions apply to the Case File – Board Game, where warranty covers only manufacturing defects (e.g., broken elastic, defective spiral binding). Normal wear and tear (such as torn pages or surface peeling) is not covered.

Warranty exclusions include but are not limited to:

• physical damage (cracks, burns, broken components, liquid exposure, mold, misuse, etc.)
• damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or unauthorized modifications
• use of incompatible accessories or consumables
• professional or industrial use (unless explicitly stated on the packaging).

The warranty period is calculated from the invoice date. Claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and, where applicable, a digital warranty certificate.

Repairs or replacements will be carried out free of charge within 15 calendar days from the date of notification, as required by EU consumer protection law.

Digital products have no warranty. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your device caused by the usage of our digital products.

3. Country of Origin

Case File – Board Game products are printed and assembled in Romania. However, some components (e.g., paper, ink, spirals) may originate from other countries, including outside the EU. The label “Made in Romania” refers to the final assembly process.

Materials marked as “sustainably sourced” are supplied by third parties. aaCool Games cannot independently verify such claims.

4. Consumer Obligations

Consumers agree to:

• retain documentation received with the product during the warranty period,
• follow usage instructions as provided by the manufacturer,
• avoid unauthorized modifications or improper handling,
• return products with all included accessories when making a claim.

5. Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and Romanian Government Ordinance No. 34/2014, consumers may withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at [email protected], including your invoice number.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery costs are non-refundable, except when goods are defective.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or non-conformity. If you chose a premium shipping option at purchase, we will only refund the standard delivery cost.

Special conditions:

• Products customized at the client’s request (e.g., personalized covers or printed names) are non-refundable.
• The Case File – Board Game cannot be returned if it has been partially used or written in. In such cases, a partial refund may apply to cover restoration costs.
• Missing components (e.g., worksheets, images) will be provided electronically and do not constitute grounds for return.
• Promotional gifts received with the product must also be returned; otherwise, their value will be deducted from the refund.
• Digital products are NOT refundable.
