We work under EU laws. That means:

• Digital products: No returns are accepted. No refunds.
• Physical products: you have 14 days to return the item you do not want anymore – except for personalized products, that does not have a return policy. You will have to pay for the shipping. Before making a return, please notify us at [email protected] to agree the process, otherwise we may not be able to process it. Any product returned that it is not in exactly the same state that it was shipped by us, will have to have a amount deducted to cover the expenses for bringing it to the initial state, again. This include missing parts, broken parts, etc. The refund will be done in the same payment method used for making the purchase and may take up to 20 working days to complete (depending on your bank, as we process the refunds very quickly).
